3. BIM-Driven 3D Modeling & Visualization

Using BIM technology, we develop a full 3D model of the interior space, including walls, ceilings, lighting layouts, furniture, finishes, and decorative elements.
This allows clients to visualize the final outcome through:

• Realistic 3D images
• Walkthrough animations
• Material previews

BIM ensures accuracy, smooth coordination, and reduced design errors.

4. Detailed Interior Drawings

We prepare comprehensive interior documentation, including:

• Electrical and low-current layouts
• Material and finishes schedules
• Joinery and custom furniture details

Every detail is coordinated through BIM for efficiency and precision.

5. Material, Color & Finish Selection

We assist clients in selecting suitable materials and finishes that combine quality, durability, and aesthetic harmony. This includes flooring, wall finishes, fabrics, lighting fixtures, furniture, and decorative elements.
Quantities and schedules are extracted directly from the BIM model for accurate budgeting.

9. Supervision & Quality Control

10. Final Handover & Styling

Once the interior is complete, we perform a final walkthrough and hand over the space in its best form. We also assist with final styling elements such as accessories, artwork, and décor arrangement.
